1. Platform License

AJKTube is a legally registered platform operating under the laws of Pakistan / Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The platform and its core services are provided under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to users who comply with our Terms of Service.

2. Content License (User Uploads)

By uploading content to AJKTube, you retain full ownership of your videos. However, you grant AJKTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Host, store, and display your content
• Monetize your content through advertisements
• Distribute your content across the platform
• Use thumbnails and previews for promotion

Strictly Prohibited Content:

• PORN, SEX VIDEOS, NUDITY — ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED
• Adult content of any kind (18+ material)
• Copyrighted content without permission

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for copies retained for legal or backup purposes.

3. Software & Code License

The AJKTube website, mobile interface, and backend systems are proprietary. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the source code
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape content
• Create derivative works without permission
