DO NOT UPLOAD:
• Movies, TV shows, or clips without permission
• Copyrighted music without license
• Other creators' videos without authorization
• Downloaded YouTube content (unless you own it)

3. Consequences of Copyright Infringement

If you upload copyrighted content without permission:

First offense: Content removed + Warning notification
Second offense: Content removed + 30-day suspension + Earnings forfeited
Third offense: Permanent account termination + Ban from platform

4. How to Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on AJKTube without authorization, please submit a DMCA notice with the following information:

Required Information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. URL(s) of the infringing content on AJKTube
4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
5. A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
6. A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury

5. Counter-Notification

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

AJKTube has a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three valid copyright strikes will have their account permanently terminated and will be banned from creating new accounts.

7. Fair Use Notice

Some content may be protected under "fair use" (criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, parody). However, fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis. When in doubt, get permission or create original content.

8. For Content Creators

To protect your own content:

✓ Add watermarks to your videos
✓ Register your copyright (for serious protection)
✓ Monitor AJKTube for unauthorized use of your content
✓ File DMCA notices promptly if you find infringements

9. Governing Law

This Copyright Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan and international copyright treaties. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
